I didn't catch her name, but the woman at the counter was fantastic! Very sweet and incredibly helpful!!
Kim is wonderful. Knows all the people. Always there to help - It is nice to be treated like a friend and not just a number.
Small town post office through and through. Kim the post master is a delight. She knows everyone by their name and address. It's wonderful. I'm there at least twice a week and never have any issues shipping or receiving packages or mail. I mail a lot of package in a week and much prefer to go to Crouse over any other post office in the area.
